Pool Ideas - Concrete Planters

I have a 20x40 in ground pool. Tennessee Pink and Tan flagstone surrounds it. I want to add some color with concrete containers (heavy enough not to tip over with wind). I want to paint them and get a high gloss look. What do you recommend and what would be a nice formula to use in grouping them? No photos of the containers yet.

Hi Shirley
Some colors that come to my mind would be black, blues, dark green and even white. If you have the space I would anchor the corners with a combo of 3 pots in various sizes. If not make sure to use your largest pots on the corners.

If you are using smaller planters, group them in in odd numbers.

Choose plants that will add lots of color and go with the color of the planter.
