Outdoor Patio Lights

If you are decorating your patio, one the the best things to do is include some type of outdoor patio lighting. They don't have to be fancy or even electrical, you can put oil filled tiki torches around if you are doing a tropical themed patio. If running wires for low voltage lighting is not possible, you could try solar lighting.
